2. Payment

Please fill out the registration form (above) before proceeding with any payment or request for financial assistance

Payment is due by the first day of the semester

Cost is $150 per semester, and a one-time fee of $20 for a concert t-shirt

We have some limited funds set aside for financial assistance. Click here to apply

3. Release Form

For your student's first time participating, we will need a signed hard copy of our Release Form

You can download and print the form HERE and have your student bring the signed copy on the first day of the semester, or....

You can fill out a hard copy in person on the first day of the semester when you drop your student off
